Ever sell a Spydie to someone only to fee it show up on eBay a few days later?

I think it just boils down to reputation. As a buyer, I assume if I see non-stock photos in a sale listing, it's photos of the knife in seller's possession. Photos from a previous owner isn't really honest unless it's clearly stated in the listing. How do I know its in the exact same condition?

But I digress. As many said here, it's your knife to do with what you wish.

Never with a knife but I once sold a saiga 223 to a guy for an amazing deal (<650) and then last winter when gun prices were freaking out the guy posted it up on armslist for $1200 using my exact pictures and a cut/paste word for word of my description even tho it was over a year since I sold it to him and I'm just guessing the condition changed...

Once you sell it there's not much you can do (other than not sell to him anymore) but its pretty freakin lame he's using your pic's, they're still your property afterall, unless of course you specifically sold the photo rights lol.
