Everyone's latest acquisitions!

I realized I was knife poor. I only have one small older Benchmade. I picked up a couple of ZT's to help rectify this problem. 0562ti, 0450 and 0452 carbon fibers all with Magnacut blades. However, I'm not of fan of the Carbon fiber look. That said, I think the little 0450 is my favorite. Is there somewhere I could get ti scales?
The make a full ti 0450 in S35VN. Your best bet would be to buy that one, swap the scales, and sell the extra 👍👍

Just received this Pro-Tech Godfather auto to pair with the Protech FlyFather 2 that I also recently purchased:

The design of the FlyFather2 gets its inspiration from the Godfather & the satin dagger blades for both are made with 154CM steel:

I only buy American Made.

For the last decade I do almost the same, but living on the other side of the pond, hence buying directly from Shiro and local custom makers. Plus CRK whenever I have a chance to arrange a cross-border purchase.

You are the first to use the words 'disappointed' and Shirogorov in a synopsis.

Please start a separate thread to explain your reaction to your purchase!

🤣 Maybe I will.

But I have no intention to focus on Shiro. The topic of the new thread might be more general, i.e. "What do you think about Great Marketing Tradition known as Limited Edition?" 🙃

What don't you like about the servo?
It came missing stonewash around the pivot and the pivot screw head on the show side isn’t blasted like the one on the lock side. The pivot screw would keep loosening until I applied three coats of lock-tite. Also just seems weird that there is no steel lock bar insert or over travel stop on a $400 plus knife.

I emailed Defiant 7 telling them I’d deal with the poor stonewashed scale but would like a matching pivot screw. Haven’t heard from them and that was two weeks ago. Hopefully they’ll make it right.

Smoothest knife I own though.

I received these two in the mail today. I opened the Mayhem first ... all the way to Ohio by way of the Aloha State from Klesk Klesk . WOW that damned thing is HUUUUUGE! I opened the Arius second ... to Ohio by way of the 10,000 Lakes State from 9 91a2jettavr6 . At first I thought ... damn ... did Steve send me a Dwarf Arius? 🤔 I pulled the rest of my Koenig Kin out to compare. 😅

Both Ross and Steve are honest BF sellers and I would have absolutely no reservations dealing with them again. Thank you Gentlemen! 🫡

I would reach out to Les George, he will make it right. Personally I apply plumbers tape to all my pivot screws, it stays put and allows adjustment. None of LGs blades have lockbar inserts and they have been kicking ass for a long time now. Some of LGs older knives had a Hinderer style over travel stop, but none of his new ones do, and I think if anyone was having issues he wouldn't have made the change.
