Love that blade shape!!Case Westline fresh out of the mailbox. Very … interesting. Looks beautiful in person, and the blade shape is very unique, and I love it. Only real complaint is the edges on the handles are kinda sharp, so I might look to soften those up a but with some medium/fine sandpaper. For its size, it’s light as a feather, but still feels solid because of the CF. As has been noted in the reviews, the assist is on the light side - unlike Kershaw’s Speedsafe, you need to be sure to give it a good push to open fully, which is very easy to do with the Blur-like stepped thumbstuds. The plus side to that is, it’s almost as easy to close one-handed as any unassisted folder. Overall I really like it and see it getting some carry time.

Me too. It just flows with the contour of the handle, and it really suits the kind of cutting I do most. That’s what drew me to it in the first place. It’s turning into a very fun fidgeter, too - open and closing action keeps getting smoother the more I mess with it. Oh yeah … and a couple of quick swipes with fine sandpaper took the sharp edges off the handle, so now it’s very comfy to the delicate old mitts. It’s definitely moving its way up my favorites list.Love that blade shape!!
I purchased one of the All DLC Killer Whales a couple of weeks ago...a Real Beauty! (so is the other Poikilo you have it pictured with)

Nope, not recessed - they’re itty bitty pan heads. The clip itself isn’t recessed, either. I carried it around today, and no snagging in my jeans pocket going in or coming out. It’s so light and fairly thin, it carries very nicely.Nice
Are the clip screw heads recessed??
Or do they snag your pocket??
