It's too bad the "La Sanction" has been discontinued - it's a sweet little blade.
And I really wish they'd make a larger version with 3.5" blade.

This would be the last knife I would ever sell, I carry it everyday IWB. Yeah I wish this Handy 2 was an Akeron XL, I wanted the Handy 2 in leather and wanted the green micarta but the micarta seems to be only available in kydex. So I grabbed the bocote wood. Might get the green micarta and sell the bokote and kydex.

Received these Chaves Redencions today from BHQ. Gotta say, fit and finish are very clean, and actions both extremely smooth on bearings. Edges are even and sharp. Length closed is about the same size as a BM Bugout, but definitely thicker and beefier. Built like little tanks.
Do I think the price could have been a little lower for aluminum and D2 made overseas? Yes, but I don’t have any real problem with D2 for my use. I think they are definitely well made, I like the overall design, and I personally don’t feel slighted at the $85 price point. FWIW I also don’t think the Bugout is worth what BM charges given the build/materials, but plenty of others seem to love ‘em. I’m not a lefty, so not being tapped for the clip on the left side doesn’t bother me, but it does seem like doing so would make sense on a knife that could otherwise be totally ambi, and unnecessarily alienates the wrong handed.
And, yeah, I’ll probably switch the clips to the obligatory Chaves skull clips, which are included in the boxes. Speaking of boxes, the packaging is super nice, especially for an “economy” line.

Just got this Kizer Hare and like it a lot. For the price it’s hard to beat.
