First Hinderer, its pretty awesome. Bearing pivot creates a great flipper action. I think the skinny slicer is fabulous. Probably the only configuration I will seek out if I eventually look for an XM-18 3" flipper. I generally favor slightly smaller knives but the Eklipse is pretty slim for the length. Almost exactly the size of thr Umnumzaan which I carry pretty often.

Victorinox is much less friendly to modders than other brands, that's for sure. There are some great SAK modders out there, but that's in spite of, not assisted by, Victorinox. Imagine being able to swap scales out as desired instead of the whole press-fitment/glue application rigamarole that's required these days just for a simple scale swap on a Celidor SAK.

yep. i was kinda just being silly on how some folks hate victorinox making any modern changes......
