Just arrived after a 7 day USPS Priority Mail cross-country walkabout.

It's a Spyderco Gen 1 SE S/S Police Model:

Received it in a private trade deal outside of BF. Been looking for one of these for a LONG time to pair it with the Spyderco Gen 1 PE S/S Police Model already in my collection.
