The mark of the fist with 3 arrows is Precise international which was an importer their knives were made by Linder, schlieper and Vos

Stopped by the pawn shop on my way back from the accountants, she said I was getting some money back. It was only 50.bucks and I wanted something stout for my 2012 Armada 4x4

That's some good Intel like I said my father had one game to me and was lost somewhere just happy to find one like it. Thanks for that always amazing what people know... any idea about time frame? He was there between 1943-45
