Have you tried the diamond hones for the EdgePro? They're supposedly just meant for ceramic knives, but I bought the fine and extra-fine diamonds and, used lightly so as not to scratch too much, you can get a lot of stock off in much less time when re-profiling harder-to-sharpen steels. Thanks!

With my wife's Danish heritage, she will like this..thanks for sharing!Hanwei Viking Scramasax...I also collect armor and swords, Full Tang 1095 Carbon Steel, 1/4 inch thick. Convex Grind on both edges. Wood handle and Brass pommel and accents. Fully Functional, although it is added to the collection and won't be used. Copy of a ~ 4th century seax. Basically the EDC blade of the time of Saxons and Vikings for preparing food, chopping wood, used as a backup blade in battle etc..Contrary to popular belief, most vikings didnt own swords and weapons consisted of crudely made pole-arms, axes, spears, etc...but most owned a blade of some kind and the seax was usually it, although the brass design on the handles would only belong to nobility as they would be the only ones who could afford to pay an artisan. The typical seax would look a lot more primitive and crude.

That’s awesome. I love orange, but black on the clip side looks amazing with the black blade. Very cool!
