Everyone's latest acquisitions!

How long does it take to get a knife shipped from Pictou, Novia Scotia to London, England?

Over three months. Yeah. I’m guessing it went most of the way by sled, pulled by particularly decrepit huskies.

Still, on the bright side, this is a beautiful if long awaited Grohmann D.H. Russell #1 carbon. Much better work than the #3 that I bought last year from a UK dealer - factory 2nd? Kit knife?

This is what I was hoping these knives would be. It was worth the wait in the end. But man, the shipping is painfully slow...

Feels like the 0393's big brother who is working out more, doesn't it? I am actually thinking about getting another BLK to mod.:D

Great analogy and I was thinking the same thing lol . Feels like it’s on steroids lol. My plan was to mod this one and pimp it out but it’s so nice unmolested and murdered out think I’ll leave it stock and like you try to hunt down another to add some bling and carry . This one will be a safe queen and a couch flicker only I have a feeling :)

It’s a PSK with cocobolo and mosaic pins; it is a beauty. I love mosaic pins. It turned out to be smaller than I expected though. I have a couple of Gallardo fixed blades in that size that I like a lot.

Could you tell me who makes those other two fixed blades?

The knife with the red lanyard is a CRKT Stubby Razel (Graham design).
The other two with green lanyards are Gallardo knives. They are really nice little fixed blades.
Awesome! I was kind of wondering if they were his. I actually have never heard of him until I went back to your picture and read it again and saw his name. I just spent about an hour looking at a bunch of his other work. Really really love it, may just have to plan on getting one from him to jump into the fixed blade scene. Thank you for your help and information! By the way, love that carbon fiber handle. Gorgeous knives

Ordered this Small Inkosi Insingo with micarta Inlays Straight from CRK .
Great communication and customer service .Fresh out of the box tonight , Very happy with this one like all my Chris Reeve knives over the years

I like it so much that I wish there was a Military 2 with a compression lock :D (Contemplating modding the clip though, tip down is weiiiiird.)
It takes a while to get use to tip down and then when you have a tip up carry it messes you up again lol . Other then that I love my Millie’s !!!!

I often carry right hand tip down on my left hip, so I am not unfamiliar with weirdness (there is a neat little knife pouch located there on my work pants). It shouldn't be too difficult to mod the millie though, I just need to find a clip I like visually that I can add in a way that I like visually. I am thinking of a two screw MXG Deep Carry that I can position just below and to the right of the lanyard hole. It should work!

You know, a lot of people ask me why I need a thousand dollar knife, and I feel like the answer is obvious

Boys, these knives have better action than Hollywood in the '80s.

Super impressed so far. I am absolutely awestruck by the SC Bodega

Nice haul. I too looove the look of those Bodega’s, but like many other knives I really like but won’t buy, the weight kills it for me. I have a self-imposed 5oz. weight limit and max 3 1/2 inch length limit on knives. I got rid of a ton because of those reasons. Got rid of all my Military’s, most of my ZT’s, Etc. But man oh man is that Bodega beautiful. And you got the very one I would buy I think if I were to get one.

Yeah it's a nice knife. If you ever break the 5oz, that'd be the one to do it with! Well, shit they got the mini version too, if you wanna grab something opulent. What are you carrying nowadays? I never really consider weight so I have no idea what's sort of in your wheelhouse
