Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Baryonyx machete. I suppose a pic would be nice, but my photo-fu is weak since a recent hard-drive failure. It is a big beast of a thing, with a pretty decent leather sheath, typical of Condor, who makes it specially for Baryonyx. It looks just like the one shown on the Baryonyx site.

There is nothing on this knife that specifically ties it to Baryonyx, unless the stamped crocodile head on the blade has some significance that goes over my head. Nor does it say "Condor" on it anywhere. The "El Salvador" stamped on the other side looks just like every other blade I have seen from Condor.

Now I guess I'll go outside and cut some brush.

The skull is one of our logos, and belongs to the dinosaur Baryonyx walkeri, which was sort of the grizzly bear of its day. "Baryonyx" means "heavy claw"--I think you can figure out why we named it that! :D

Fresh from Buck Knives as of 1 hour ago. They offered up a trade for a Broken Vantage Force Pro that I couldn't refuse.

The knife I have been lusting after for years is finally mine.

This has turned out to be a cool little toy. I think the knife itself is fantastic for the price point but the little tweezer thing comes out and pokes me when I pocket it. I may remove it.
