Just picked up my SOG X-Ray Vision from the mail depot, it reminds me of the Gen 1 Cold Steel Recon 1. I've paired it up with the new Recon 1.

TBH, this was mostly prompted by a fear of loss with the inlay micarta 21s disappearing pretty quickly from retailers, but definitely happy I finally pulled the trigger. I was looking for a more common micarta color, but now very happy I could only find the exclusive red micarta. I think it looks great in person and I'm betting it'll look better over time.

I watched a review video that warned people NOT to get a 21 because they would be scared to use it since they're going out of production. lol

Chad Nichols Ladder Damascus. I've been looking for one for a while, couldn't believe when I saw it listed. Thumbstuds are the same, it took a while to get use to them. Not an issue anymore!

Took some fixing after my blundered first attempt but i love it. Cannot get this blade centered again though. But it now flies out when i apudie flick it and it drops shut. And these smoothed out g10 scales are niiiice
