Gorgeous! I’ve never seen that Chaves before. Is it a new Model?

It's a Chavez Scapegoat. This was an extremely limited run for their group knife, made with lava flow fat carbon as a bolster lock. Production variants should be released within the next month or so, with your usual Chavez offerings of carbon fiber, micarta and full ti.

You dirty Rat...
The OKC Rat 2 showed up this morning, and I'm actually impressed with it!
For an affordable knife: it's a winner.
It has no blade play, it's comfortable, and it's "sharp and a-half".
It opens and closes easily, and locks up solid!
What more could yo ask for?

My Gerber Empower fires pretty hard also; but nothing close to the "Pro-Tech jump"!

Two more showed up today! The Traveller Lite (the screen's blank because I haven't set it up yet!) and an oddball classic I found, a Victorinox Watch Case Opener:

Going to be SAKs from me for a bit, as not a whole lot on the modern front is really calling to me right now.
