This one may be my favorite Reate made knife of all time… Liong Mah - Model 18 w. integral titanium handle, fat carbon inlays, and S90V blade! =)

Wow, that thing is crazy awesome. Now that I think about it, you don't really see much other than M390 on Reate knives. I know they do M4 and K390 on a couple knives but never seen S90V.🤙

I got my mitts on a Woox Rock 62. It has a Micarta handle and a 4.25" Sleipner steel blade. This knife is designed in the US, made in Italy, and then brought back to the US for assembly and to get a stonewash blade finish. This is a knife I've been interested in for a while, but the price was just too high. It recently went on sale for nearly half price so that put it back on The List overnight. I would have also already bought this knife if they'd split the difference between the two prices.

The ergonomics of this knife are exceptional. The leather sheath it comes with is sort of like trying to put on your jeans from high school. I'm sure I'll find a smaller knife that fits it fine, but it's a bit small for this beast. I keep a few Ottoza leather sheaths of different sizes around for just this sort of occasion. I liked that they included a pair of lever tools for taking the knife apart, but I'm perfectly happy with the smooth Micarta scales it came with. I'd be concerned about dropping this knife, not for fear of the tank blade chipping or cutting my foot, so much as because weighing in at 8.16 ounces the handle could break a toe. This is probably not the knife I'm taking on a multiple day excursion or long hike, but would be a solid choice for doing work close to the vehicle you drove somewhere in.
