Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Go three new ones in today - first up is my LNIB Shirogorov 1st Production Stellar in S90V and Ti, with multi-row bearing system. I had this on my cart on release day and was waiting for payment to process when they sold out before it could complete. J jogger112 found me one from a 3rd party.

Next up is a new Protech Strider PT Auto in Magnacut with blue aluminum scales. It's a little easier to control upon deployment than my McNees AutoMac PM2, being a little smaller blade that doesn't hit as hard and jump out of the hand; but it will be hard to decide which one to carry. 3.2" on this vs 3.5" Magnacut blade on the AutoMac.

The middle one arrived today, from top to bottom we have the Viper Lille 2, Mercury Kali and the Baby Banter

The Kali is fairly thick, too thick for what it is with a blade spine about 4mm while the Viper is around 3mm and would be a far better slicer, plus the Viper comes with a good kydex sheath where the Kali is a leather slip sheath that has a clip on the outside so you can pocket carry it, but, dunno how well that's going to work...for me at least.

and a new bead on the Kali

As with most of my fix blades I just use a bobtail fob so I ended up cutting the bottom part off

I got a little surprise in the mail from Screebo Screebo today, and wonder why I never went out and bought one of these Drop Bears before? This model with aluminum scales and 154CM blade feels pretty good, and is well made as expected from Kizer. I hope/think the extra Tempest Microburst that I sent him will be just as enjoyable when he gets it.

I've swapped out the Reconnaissance Adzin flipper from Recon1 for the Drop Bear for the next few days, to see how it performs. I love trying out new knives, new looks, new designs and actions. I know I have too many knives to rotate through all of them regularly, but I think this one will become a keeper, especially coming from someone I call friend.
