Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Gotta Yojimbo 2 Cru-purple inbound. Gonna swap the green linen micarta scales from my old S30V one with a damaged pivot and put it on the new one. Everything else about the old one is crap. Messed up pivot, super chippy steel. Probably just give it away.

Hogue Deka in Magnacut as donor knife for those new VotixEDC Carbon Fiber scales I received the other day from Down Under. I laid one of the scales on the knife for a pic, but will have to install later.

Surgery is done. Transformation is complete! VotixEDC carbon fiber scales installed on Hogue Deka in Magnacut - replacing blue flexy-FRN scales.

Did a little modding to the new 3” Hinderer Spanto in Blue Stonewash and Red G-10. New LynchNW clip and Hinderer textured Titanium scales.

Also added a Bronze stonewashed LynchNW clip to the Bronze 3” Spanto. I’m now officially out of spare Lynch NW clips.

Now I just have to decide if I’m using my last Blue Ti scale on the Bronze knife…

Here's my new 5$ buck 110. I should have taken a before picture but this is after restoring it a little. This one was seriously neglected. I tightened the blade and cleaned the pivot and blade channel out. Then I ground the blade straight, to get the bad sharpening recurve out of it. The tip was also rounded so I actually ground the clip down to it so the tip would not rise above the liners. Then I scotch brighted the blade and bolsters. The case had to be redyed and the wood scales were sanded a little and refinished. Now she's ready for work. Fun project and knife for 5$!

Still waiting, nothing fancy but I went ahead for the new AG Russell Bird and trout in D2, a little higher than what I think it should be but I have been waiting for this to come back for a long time. Will post when pics when arrives. It will be a companion to my Deer Hunter from them, not sure where I put that one out in the garage.
