I got a Kizer Towser K Serape, with a 154CM blade and designed by Azo. The fact that it arrived around the same time as I made nachos for the first time was a sign that it was meant to be (girlfriend arrived home with ingredients for nachos). I've come close to getting the Towser a few times, partly due to the trailing cleaver blade and partly due to the overbuilt pivot system with staggered sets of ball bearings, but the 'Mexican blanket' G10 handle was the breaking point for me for this model.

FINE!... Here is a copious amount of new knives from the last week. And I just realized I forgot one.

And that Kubey is fantastic. It stands up against anything in that picture. I've been sleeping on them. I was surprised to find one still in stock at a retailer.
