Awesome knife. I assume you bought it on the secondary market? How I wish BM would bring back the 707 and 710.This one came yesterday. An almost blacked out BM 707 and It’s got great action out of the box. The 707 is a great little knife !!

DocJekl and I have been back and forth on many knives over the past few months, he sends, I lanyard and return as something wasn't just my type, so he has made a lot of attempts to find just the right one, it's a tough call to be sure. But this one may be the one that will stick around, handle thickness, blade length and thickness all work towards things I am liking lately, that plus a hidden lanyard pin doesn't hurt
This is a Remette Rhino, nice size, for me at least, folder,

Thanks again Doc !

LOLIt's so had to find a knife gift for you that you like enough to keep; but I'd rather keep trying than have you pretend you like something just to make me stop. It says something about your fine character when you'd send back an expensive knife that you don't like, and keep a budget knife that you do like; rather than hoard nicer stuff that you don't enjoy. Those full Size David Mary Knives I showed you are still available for you to pick one for Christmas and call it all good.
The Remette Rhino is a great knife; with a nice detent from the button activated liner lock, in 14C28N steel and nice Micarta, with 3.39" blade and 4" handle so not too big, with a great action and multiple means of deployment (fuller, studs, front flipper), and a hidden lanyard pin. It is really is hard![]()
to beat for under $75-100. After I bought it, I saw that it was recommended by Metal Complex in the most recent review (some changes were made).
I think I could name a couple of knives that I’ve sent him that he still has? OK, at least one. Not counting the Rhino that I sent him most recently…Hahaha, sorry Doc, not in G2's DNA to keep a knife gift; and I'm sayin' this going waaaay back![]()
