I tried convincing him that you folks wouldn't mind seeing it, it is not too late I am sure if the makers give their blessing, I think personally it would be awesome to see

we have shot many blades at our local meet ups. everything from cold steel to busse's. only done it with 22's but they all took it just fine lol.

I have seen where makers have shot their knives. I had a buddy who got ahold of a section of bullet proof "glass" from a bank drive through that was being renovated. He built a wooden frame to hold it and paced off ten yards where he fired a .45 into the peice. Well that flattened slug hit him square in the chest and he thought he was a goner. Luckily it did not break anything and all he got was a nasty bruise and some brown underwear.
