Extreme "Hard Use " Folders vs Fixed for same purposes . Pros , Cons , and Personal Preference .

It actually does. Rat tails are weaker than full tang… or do you disagree?

Any knife, fixed or folder, will break or be damaged if used too extremes, and there are times where you have to press them into use that you normally would not do,,,,,,but I still think use the right tool for the job and know what can happen to you (as in injuries) or the tool, a little common sense goes a long way.

Do you believe the 4max can handle ALL hard use? If not than you, too, agree with the word "some".

As for temporarily, the harduse it can handle that IS fixed blade territory, it can NOT handle consistently or 100% duty cycle lol you think you can baton it every day for years?

What is your personal issue with the 4max? It is a fantastic overbuilt knife. Why sh*t all over it? Can’t you just appreciate it for what it is without getting into some pissing contest?

No, actually it does not mean that it won't hold up. Kabars made it through wars. Stick tang.

In the conversation we are having we are not comparing stick vs full tang fixed blades. We are comparing folders vs fixed. Stick tang kabar/glockknife >4max folder.

All day.

I know it will handle light straight grained batoning. I've done it.
