Yep it sure is. Just finished the dishes from breakfast, my son is being a PITA right now, the wife is at work, so I a going to find a record and turn it up to 11!

Suggestions?

Frank Zappa's Zoot Allures would be my recommendation.

Good call on the Zappa, I don't think I have any though.

So far this is what I have it narrowed down to...

(Sorry about the picture, photobucket is being stupid)

The two 45's on the left are Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, incase you can't read them.

I took the day off to go try to find some needed shop tools and some electric roasters to hold and heat my medium and fast speed quench oils... no luck but when I checked the mail my aluminum quench plates were in! More belts and then another package with tracer and glow cord in new colors! Mail order rocks!

Just got a tracking # for my DFK Ti Wharnie/Prybar/Marlinspike.....

Listening to Roger Waters' "Amused To Death" and drinking a Blue Moon, to celebrate!

I got a lot done today, 8 cord wraps are now double or triple soaked and I finished up a new edc style knife in 1/8" O1 and Black/Grey G10.

I spent the morning working on my new drill, looks like I have to return it. I have so much play/runout in it at the chuck it isn't even funny. So frustrating...

My new tube flarer rig is up and running, I will be doing more and more flared tube handles, they are strong as can be! Tube rivets! :D

Sounds cool, the flared tube that is. That blows about the drill press, Harbor Freight I am guessing? You might have better luck at a garage/estate sale or a pawn shop.

I got some new "lost souls" knives from my dad today. A couple home made from god knows how long ago (dead relatives tool box had them) and one I believe to be an Old Hickory, all it says is Ontario Eureka stamped into the blade. One will be inspired wholly by DFK when I am done with it, watch out! Imitation is the sincerest form of compliment, right?!

Yeah the flarer rig is pretty cool, I have had it for a while and am just now trying it out. It is kind of hard to getright but the flared tube is so strong...

Yeah, HF. Mail order for me, it is hard to find anything here but ski gear in SW CO. :D I have been looking for an old one for a while to no avail.

Nice, knife score! I have had a ton of old hickory blades as we used to cut a lot of meat on the farm, they stay really sharp with just a steel.

A DFK inspired knife... hell yeah! :D

Good evening everyone... I just finished up for the day and am drinking an amber ale from Durango Brewery.

I just finished up a few knives today, a monster wharny chopper beast, a poon tip with green canvas micarta and a bushcraft with blue/black g10.
