Favorite all around Scotch

So I just opened a fresh bottle of my favorite all around scotch. I love this stuff so much, I keep a case of it(6 bottles not 12) and I replenish when I get down to two. It goes well with a padron 1926 anniversary and a battlemistress of any kind

Talisker is my favorite single malt Scotch as well... I finished this one off recently, still have another similar one in my bar for a special occasion

I recently purchased and subsequently polished off a bottle of this. It was spectacular and has ruined me for the cheaper stuff I normally drink.

Oh, it definitely is! I got these 2 bottles of 25 yr old Talisker for under $250. I don't think I'll ever be that lucky again, which is why I'm saving the last bottle for a special occasion.

Ardbeg and Talisker are both great, although I'm not so familiar with their higher-end offerings. Used to go up to the Western Highlands and Isles for winter walking trips when I was in high school. Talisker reminds me of a trip to the Cuillins - Skye is beautiful.

Balvenie Carribian Cask 14 y/o - pairs very well with a mid-full bodied Cigar, this years Fuente Anjeo and Opus Lancero go very well with this.

That Caribbean cask has got a huge following. It is good stuff and I expect the price to start going up on it.

Whiskeys popularity and subsequent price increases has made me glad I've all but quit drinking.
