Favorite Back Lock/Lockback Knife?

In a way, I would welcome a Buck 110 style lock back from Chris Reeves, , ,but the will never happen.

Imagine a Buck 110 as a large Sebenza 31 . . . now that would be my "favorite" lock-back!

Made by Roy Blaum from Covington Louisiana sometime in the late 80's
Wood is I believe is either Macassar Ebony or Madagascar Rosewood.
Steel is in D2
Same dimensions as the Large 31

It was listed on ebay for $18 because it was a bit corroded from improper storage.
It still had the original edge.

Have you tried Flitz on the black spots? If they are not pitted, it might work on a lot of them.

I see them better in this photo. Sad to see. Not much can be done to restore pitting, except sanding and grinding. Too bad

Tri-Ad is my favorite lock-back. Especially waved and on larger blades.


The Native 5 CF has particularly tight tolerances.


Favorite lock-back overall is also my favorite folder period. Talwar XL in XHP steel.
