I would have to say my Victorinox Swiss Army Craftsman. I can pull this out of my pocket in any environment - especially the office - without raising any eyebrows.
It looks "friendly" instead of "threatening." It is immediately recognized as a Swiss Army knife rather than as a "weapon." In today's litigious atmosphere, where you are legally liable for everything you say or do, it's a pretty safe bet.
If someone asks me about the Leatherman PST I have clipped to my belt, I say it's a pair of folding pliers. I'll leave it in the car if I have to, but my Swiss Army knife stays with me.
