Favorite Case Pattern?

Another for the swayback jack. My first swayback arrived the other day. Fit and finish was darn near perfect. I have been impressed so far...

I don't really do favorites but here are some that stand out to me.

Canoe
Very pocket-able and great cutting power and ergonomics

My favorite Case frame is the #6249 Copperhead at a sixteenth under 4 inches closed.
I wish they would replace the pen with a nice muskrat clip for a Wharncliffe Copperhead Trapper.

Here is the one I'm carrying today for my red, white and blue tribute to Independence Day.

The Sodbuster Jr from case was one of my first sodbusters and helped push me to collect them. Here are my case soddies.

I have had a number of newer Case patterns that I have enjoyed, Seahorse whittler, Copperlock, Humpback whittler. My wife bought me a brown delrin Copperlock with as ground blade that I had not seen before (2002 early model I believe I have found). Something about this one has stuck with me. I tend to prefer spear mains, but I sure like this clip, and while it's long, its thin and carries easily, especially in a back pocket. It is a bit much knife for sheeple, but I can conceal it for a quick nail cleaning and in actual use it seems appropriate.

Todd, that Copperhead is a killer!

I'll add Pen to my fave list too, but high time they offered it in something else than yellow delrin.

Thanks, Will

Thank you, Will. It's a 1971, my birth year. An interesting aside: I bought it from Steve Pfieffer, who wrote: Collecting Case Knives: Identification and Price Guide. IIRC, there is a pic of it in the book. :)

6207 Mini trapper for me, it's amazingly well suited for pocket carry and feels great in the hand.

Looks nice, too
