That a really fantastic photo.:thumbsup:

I've never posted a good photo of my favorite mug in this thread, and forgot about it until very recently when my wife told me I was no longer allowed to use my favorite mug year-round "because it's really a winter mug." o_O
So here's the mug that I thought was my "forever favorite mug":

I've been experimenting for almost a month, trying to determine what should be my warm weather replacement mug. This is my current favorite, a freebie from an insurance agent (Meemic = Michigan Educational Employees Insurance Company (or Corporation or Cooperative)):

My lady uses a winter mug and a spring Peter Rabbit mug year round. Stand your ground :)

First timing seeing this thread…I do a lot of coffee shots, always using one of the 6 or 7 glass globes I own. I think they were free from Nescafé or something back in 70s. My wife and I got them from my mom close to 20 years ago when I found they are perfect for my espressos. I usually make a triple (we have an honest to goodness commercial grade espresso machine) and the color of the natural crèma just works w/ bone covered knives, especially white or brown ones IMHO.53378D72-7F21-463F-80B9-FBF7965DED2E.jpegDDF16F28-6EA0-4E22-997B-275CFE70AA67.jpeg0673A3E7-9901-447F-8AEC-B1B2741F6AB1.jpeg8851B545-874C-42CB-B3B6-9B093CA3A7A2.jpeg64BD9A32-8AED-4F85-8691-87E5F167644D.jpeg47EBBD81-AA2D-4BC8-9382-603164E6807C.jpeg8396E005-C101-4FBC-8FF2-74AC43EAB472.jpeg
