Favorite Coffee Mug and Traditional Knife

Great post and pics, Dave. Love your place and the neat Mexican furniture. Also that's a gorgeous elk-horn stainless Gordo model (your fave personal model). And the mug is neat, but my coffee would get cold before I could drink that much.

Here is on of my favorites....got it at the Mexican market in town. They have a phenomenal, taqueria as well. One of those hole in the walls that fit 6 people. View attachment 982208

Gotta love a place like that. And that mug. And that Barlow.

Greg, I like that cup as well, if I saw one like it I would surely get me one.:D oh, and the Lambsfoot is standing guard. :p

Thanks. There were four cups with the same design, but only one of them felt perfect in my hand. Hopefully the other three found their hand matches.

It's about time I made a post in this thread. Here is a Boker Trapper with two of my favorite coffee mugs. The first mug (that I don't use) has a mug shot of two of my Granddaughters that I keep on my desk to give me a smile every day and the second is a frequently used mug with the emblem of a "Fouled Anchor" the rate insignia of a Chief Petty Officer in the U. S. Navy.

This is my newest mug and it's quickly become my favorite. Bought it a little over a year ago off a fellow Rakkasan that had extra. It shows all the shoulder patches worn by members of the 187th Infantry, as well as our unit crest and (in)famous Torii.

The knife is the one that rekindled my interest in traditionals, still one of my favorites, and somewhat of my lucky charm. I picked it up off a trade blanket from a fellow PWYP buddy. In my opinion the Case Medium Jack is one of their best pocketknives, and sadly among their most forgotten.

Halfneck, Nice Cup! My late Brother-In_Law was in the 187th in Korea. I got to go to Kandahar in 2002 to run classes for the Rakkasans on the Vector Laser Range Finder, got a photo of the class standing in front of the Torii by the airfield terminal. John

Great picture!!! Love the pumpkin in the background.
I wish your team good luck, but... Go Hawks! :D:cool:
Thanks! Good luck today against Dallas :) That's one of the few teams they play where I root for Seattle.
