Favorite overbuilt folder?

I'm going with BladeScout on this one. My favorite overbuilt folder is a fixed-blade. :)

ZT0561 for me. It is a little heavier than I need but it is a very interesting style. I carry it to my office job clipped in my jeans pocket.

Gotta agree with Ankerson. Even though I don't own one the Demko ad10 is my favorite. If I ever have the pleasure of ordering one I would get it liner less with a titanium back spacer. Still strong as heck but lighter.

That Demko is 100% Bad Ass.

I don't like huge folders, so my favorites aren't big ones:

ZT 0551
Cold Steel American Lawman
Strider SNG (since they came out with the new lockup, it's hard to beat for ergos, size, beefiness, etc.)
Spyderco Techno (greatest little beefy folder ever made)
Emerson CQC-7V

I have to go with the ZT 030X on this one. Have not seen a folder yet that can hold up to the abuse that this one does!

my favorite is this but my z wear SnG gets the most pocket time not to big not to small. The beast was just a little too small for me but I like around a 3.5 blade length.

Well this was my favorite till I tried to use it. The jimping killed it for me or should I say killed my fingers.

Cant believe no one has mentioned Dalibor's knives here yet...

the knife to its left.. is the ZT 0301

That Demko is sick!

Since the OP asked about the TSF Beast, it is quite a bit smaller than the Satu or SMF in length but is a great medium sized "overbuilt" folder. Right in line with the Grayman Dua. I love mine, it is very smooth and the lockup is perfect.

If I had a Demko like Jim's the choice would be fairly easy. I'll be contrary and choose my old

1) T3 Lone Wolf

2) Camillus Cuda Maxx 5.5 D2 Bowie

3) 3V SMF

Thanks guys, it's my 2nd one, had it for a couple of years now, sold my old one, but I am keeping this one. :D

Strider SnG. Lightweight but strong. I love the integral G10 backspacer/scale. I like an opening hole better than thumbstuds too.

I never get tired of seeing Ankerson's AD-10. ;)
