Favorite small BRKT?

I like carrying a secondary small fixed blade (on pack strap) to pair with my main fixed (on belt or in pack). So far I've been pairing by brand or maker, e.g. RC-4 w/ Izula and Koster Bushcrafter w/ Koster W&SS necker. I'm looking to get a small BRKT to go with my Bravo-1 sometime down the line, what are your favorite small/mini/micro BRKT knives?

Thanks in advance :)

The Little Creek would make a nice companion for your Bravo. They're kind of hard to find right now, but BRKT has another run of them coming later this year.

That's an easy one for me, the Little Creek

Even though its a three finger knife it just somehow locks tightly into my hand and the blade itself is very sturdy with a strong tip.

The mikro Canadian is a very nice knife. Just depends if that was smaller than you were looking for.

Russell had i known you wanted to check some more Barkies out, i would brought a few with me to Ban's shop...

i am a big fan of smaller pocket/neck fixed blades...

i would definitely recommend the little creek and mikro canadian... both very stout little knives for their size...
i also have the PSK and mikro-slither... 2 other really cool smaller knives..

You also may want to take a close look at the new Bumble Bee which is only days from being in the dealers hands. I have a strong feeling that it will be my small but capable "pocket, pack, whatever" knife paired with my fox river.

Black Water Boot Knife & Mikro Canadian are two of my favorites, the new Gunny is comming soon and my be another one to look at.

Yeah, I had my eye on the Little Creek originally, it looks like a very nice small blade. That one's top runner right now.

Brian, The mikro-canadian looks good as well, I need to handle one in person because I don't know how those grooves would fit on me. I actually like that the blade's under two for that one. The nice blade next to it in your pic is the EDC you made right? Maybe I'm mistaken, but I like the look of that one anyway

ETA:

Next time Mike :D As I said above, I'd love to handle a mikro-canadian since I hear so many good things about them.

CountryBoy - I don't even know what the Bumble Bee is! Haha, I need go look that one up, thanks! Sounds promising...

Mike Macintosh - I'm think the Gunny might be a bit thick (more of a stand-alone maybe) and large to pair with the B-1, but that's another for the Mikro Candian  The black water boot knife looks like a good slicer, will look into that one more (would complement the thick B-1 nicely).

On the farm we keep a Mikro 2 and a PSK with neck sheaths on the coat rack.

You aren't going to build shelters and stuff but they are super handy for cutting stuff.

I cant think of the name of the model, I wanna say essential little knife or something to the effect. Mike you know which one Im thinking of, whats the name?

Anyways, its my favorite small barkie, if you can find one....

Hmm... Hadn't heard of the Bumble Bee. Looks like it could be the cousin to Brians knife.

Thanks HD, I think the PSK is up there with the Little Creek and Mikro-Canadian, maybe I can handle Mike's at some point.

Thanks Jake, will look it up

Thanks for the pic Rupestris  Wow, the Bumble Bee does look good! I need to sit down and compare the specs of all of these. I think I'm looking for a thinner small fixed since the B-1 is such a thick beast... I know the Mikro-Canadian II and Black Water Boot Knife are on the thinner side.

That's why I'm excited about the bumble bee. It's .120" thick and made out of that wicked sharp 52-100. I'll bet it's just like a scalpel.

If you want a thicker blade go with the Little Creek. If you want a thinner blade go with the PSK. I am partial to the PSK but both are hard to come by.

Ah, .120" (I can't say I'm too familiar with the steel :o, but I'll do my homework) sounds great! I'm really liking this little guy so far. The handle looks much more hand filling than the other small BRKTs, .120" thick, 2.35" length... It might be the one to accompany my BCM B-1  Thanks again CountryBoy for the heads up :)

Jake, that one looks really nice too  I see it's a limited edition, may be hard to find. I like the blade and handle shape of your's and the Little Creek.

Raining - I love the look and curve of that Pro Scalpel II, 3" might be a little long to pair with the 4.25 Bravo-1, but I'll look into the Pro Scalpel. Thanks!

Thanks for the info Horny Toad  I'm thinking PSK or Bumble Bee or something similar then, for the thinner blades.

ETA:

Wow, I didn't know the PSK was that thin!

The PSK looks really good actually. Is it still 12C27? I like the thinner blade and more spearpoint profile of the PSK over the Bumble Bee, but the handle on the Bumble Bee looks much better.
