Sorry, but you are just plain wrong on this one. I know for a fact he has done a few Fallkniven vids. I'm pretty sure he has done ESEE and Emerson as well. I don't specifically remember one about Becker, Busse, Mora or Himalyan but as many vids as he has uploaded, I'd be shocked if they weren't in there somewhere.
I like virtuovice ,very interesting fellow.
In my top 5 as well. Excellent - especially in fixed blades.
i like the guy,but wouldn't his opinions too seriously,he just cuts the back straps off the animal, sometimes the antlers,in his comment section he goes on to explain about the deer over population in japan, and how its permissible to just leave the rest of the animal, so when he says this knife was better/sharper etc for deer dressing, take it with a grain of salt, anyone who has processed a whole deer would have a more complete analysis of functionality, edge retention, comfort its nice to see all the different models though...thanks for reading..see you
Can anyone tell me if the links I posted actually work?
Would hate to post links to something only I can access.

I processed my last 2 deer with nothing but a hand sharpened (no name brand hardware stone) Buck knife and that's it. The only trouble I find is splitting the bone at the bottom to open up the deers legs and expose the stuff that needs to be removed. Sorry I don't know the terms but I know how to do it. I just whacked the spine of the old folder and it breaks through this small hard bone, then you're home free.
That's amost sinful to slaughter a bunch of deer and just remove the backstraps. Really pitiful. :thumbdn:
Well, he has stated many times that he will process 3 or 4 deer at the time, so I would venture to say that he has pretty extensive experience as far as edge holding is concerned.
And as for his processing, he takes the head, backstrap, and loins of each deer.
