I never got how if someone got bit they acquired super human strength and speed...of course, if I can get past the coming back to life thing...
Jacked up adrenal glands maybe? Either way, I've never been a fan of movies that had the fast zombies.
Good point -- but now it's my turn to be nerdy --- the slow decalcification is what leads the older zombies to get mushy heads. I'm assuming the decalcification process begins with the interior of the bone and works its way out. The skull doesn't have anything inside it to reinforce it -- therefore when the bones become brittle and weak the skull caves in. The Femur (which is tough as hell) doesn't break as easily because the zombies body mass has dropped so significantly and given the way the zombies walk -- the impact force is very minimal. It's entire plausible to assume that some of the zombies who end up crawling -- do so because their leg bones have broken (maybe they're super old).
I wonder what happens to zombies when it gets really cold outside. Do they turn into popsicles until spring?
I second that....glad I'm not the only one with my eyes open. The way it looks...a zombie apocalypse would be easier than what this country has coming.
