I wouldn't mind a nice compadre! Heck, even the stock one is awesome enough. That 5160 is tough stuff and I'm sure Buck brings out the best in it.

I wouldn't mind a nice 117. Doesn't necessarily have to be a patriotic one, although I'm fine with it if it is. Anything bedecked in some special way would be fine.

This is a Buck first with CRU-WEAR. Not for me... my ground combatin' days are behind me.

Buck got that Cerakote machine and now everything has to have it. I suppose this has it to improve corrosion resistance. The last 891 I got was in 5160 and cost only $120.

I want to buy it, but, the Cerakote, again, on the blade is keeping my money in the wallet. I'm not sure if I can hold out 'cause I like that knife design. Being that it is Buck's first Cru-Ware knife. My FOMO is great!
