some constructive feedback......to krknives......and feel free to blow me off......maybe mark per item what you stock vs. what you don't on your site Sir...until the business grows and you can stock more, or at least mention in your terms your setup so people don't think they are going to get a knife when it's being held up by the manufacturer and the drop ship routine that happens. i can't stand not knowing if something is in stock or not, and when i see almost a complete catalog of every maker of knives.....bunch of listings on a site without notice of what is in stock and what the lead time is for anything that isn't...i move along to another site. i can't imagine i am in the minority on this? no need to reinvent the wheel....copy your successful competitors. the ones people rave about do exactly this. this lack of communication from what the site shows, vs, how things really go, and your intially snappy attitude in this thread....is hurting your business more so, than some rightfully angry customers, in this thread.
you have a nice site, but being more upfront and straight shooting in a business that caters to nit picking, but extremely loyal types, myself including, can't hurt you. what do i know though.....
