Ask for a refund. It worked for me. I'm sure if K&K could force a maker to ship they would. IMO, they would sell a lot more knives and it would be easier than holding funds and answering email inquires. Best of luck to you.
 
Don't buy from this website.
They have a history of accepting your money and never shipping the knives or giving refunds. I have been given the run around for over 3 years for a $400 order. I've even had contact with them a few weeks ago where they said they would take care of it ASAP....yea right, still no refund or any other communications from them.
I have 3 years of emails showing blantant lies and delay tatics regarding my order.
