Feeler for a CA gathering

I'm curious to know how long everybody is planning on staying so I can plan better for this. Since it is going to be a few hour driver for most of us I'm guessing folks are going to be staying longer than just May 2nd. Are you guys who are not just an hour or two away planning on getting there on the 1st, staying a night or two and leaving? Or, Showing up on the 2nd staying the night and going home? Just want to know what everyone's time line looks like.
 
If my wife and I make it, we will probably plan on leaving Friday night straight from work, an stay until Sunday around noonish. It's kind of a long drive for even that, but I can't take days off of work, or I would go up on wed. or thurs. to make the most of it.
 
it is kind of a long drive for us, so i think that we are going to leave here on thurs. morning... and come back sun. morning/afternoon....
 
I'm also thinking of leaving home Thurs. morning and returning Sunday evening.

If I'm able to make it, it'd probably have to be Friday for me as well, and come back sunday day. (Stingray, if I do go and you have no one in your car by then, maybe I could carpool with you guys? If my GF decides to come along also, then we'll probably drive ourselves down.)
 
Great, that is what I was hoping to hear. If I can make it I will drive up Friday and head back Sunday as well. I will probably leave early Friday Morning and try to be there around noon or one. I could probably stay until Monday, but I have a feeling everybody will be gone on Sunday.
 
Guys im sorry im not staying on top of it as much but starting a new job and they hold me for training all day long cant access the net during the day. If i could get away who knows maybe i would show up early as well.. I would bring lots of bagles as well lol. I would be driving my VW camper and should have lots more room if someone wants to share a ride.. Only thing i go slow.
