I picked this one up on last weeks Fiddleback Friday (3/20/2015). I just received it in the mail today and it is truly gorgeous. Unfortunately some other things are having to take priority and I'm going to have to let it go. The blue curly mango has an almost green hue to it and is probably the nicest looking handle I've had on a knife.

The knife is still brand new and only out of the paper once.

Have a bushboot Im looking to sell. Unused Desert Ironwood over black with orange pinstripe, 1/8" O1 SFT $OLD PP fees and USPS Priority shipping within US included. Not really looking for trades but I've yet to get my hands on a Bushcrafter and am kind of looking for the right one. Dukes & 5/32" BFs are also a weakness for me ;) Willing to add cash on my end for the right knife.

Hey Guys, had an amazing experience last night buying the perfect fiddleback for me now I have to sell one. Jumped on this two weeks ago after first learing about them and how hard they were to come by however did not realize it had O1 steel and needed SS. So here goes: FBF Bushfinger with Micarta and lime green and black liners, it was a user and had been sharpened by the original owner 2-3 times he thought. Beginning of a patina, very small nick in back of handle. Has a Bark River Knife and Toll sheath that will come with it. Asking what I paid $240. Thanks for looking guys. Am very interested. Been searching here for a Bushfinger for a few weeks. Do you know the thickness? I've been holding out for a 1/8". Also, the pictures aren't showing in the thread for me. Any way to fix that? Thanks.

PhilGOOD, I really appreciate you letting me have dibs, but please go ahead. I'm having a really tough time deciding to commit and I think that sabbs1 deserves to sell his knife to the first willing person. Again, thank you, really, but I feel like you should go for it.

It's made out of 1/8th thick O1 steel, has stabilized Buckeye burl scales, natural micarta liners and pins and a blue pinstripe.

The knife has been used and I've sharpened it lightly once, most machine-marks are still left on the bevel. Unfortunately there are also some dye stains left from a improperly finished sheath on the scales on left side of the knife as you can see in the second photo.

These are a bit over-exposed, but here are some pics that were taken this week to show it's current condition:

1. Bushcrafter in Ironwood, Natural w/ orange pinstripe, 1/8" 01 tapered $335>>$300
2. Arete in Cocobolo, Natural w/ blue pinstripe (a great looking combination IMHO), 5/32" 0 1 tapered $320>>$285

Great spalting on both of these knives. They make a great pair and I'd take $600>>$550 for the pair if you're so inclined...;)
