Thanks Gus. I do embrace patina and actually prefer it and love the looks of it on my carbon steel knives. I just was not expecting a patina to form on CPM154 stainless steel.

That's a good looking Scandiman Prom52, it sure would be a great pair. As far as the Funky Buddha beer I haven't seen it around me, i'll keep an eye out for it though. Cant go wrong with a fine IPA.

Amazing day at Track Rock Hammer in. Back at hotel now raising a toast to all the guys who made today such fun. My first attempt at forging (with great instruction from Rick Lowe and grinding from Mr Roy himself) sige in front of a nice refreshing lager!
