Fiddleback on Tap Saturdays

I love Crown! Glass full of ice, 2/3 Crown, 1/3 sweet Vermouth and top with a couple of cherries and cherry juice. That's mother's milk to the Duder. Well, it'll cure what ails ya.

That Maple Crown ain't too bad neither.
 
This is pretty good. Sweet though.

I enjoy a Jack Daniels Manhattan from time to time.

I took a bottle of Maple Crown to Michigan's U.P. for this year's opening week of deer camp. I'm not a big fan of flavored whiskeys but I was impressed with the Crown.
 
I can't deal with anything sweet, turns my stomach, I tried that maple crown and it almost left the way it came

I typically don't care for "sweet" either but I didn't think the Maple was as bad as the honey bourbons etc... I don't know that I'll buy it again but I didn't feel it was too over the top sweet. Taking It was also somewhat of a joke that started from the movie "Escanaba In Da Moonlight".

I haven't heard anybody mention Gentleman Jack yet. That is always on hand for me.
 
Hey Duder! Fireball shots are a staple around these parts! ... That being said ...

Not generally a fan of "sweet" either ... tried Knob Creek over Thanksgiving ... brought a bottle with me up to NY to spend the Holiday with the family.

Between my Dad, my cousin, and I ... killed the bottle by Friday. Not bad at all ... still think I like Maker's a little better, but it may be due to familiarity ... Blanton's is next ...
 
I'm personally not into flavored liquors or adding anything to the spirit, but... my restaurant has pretty active nightlife... I bet we go though 15 bottles a week. People are taking chilled shots and/or mixing it with a hard apple cider! That does sound interesting!

In the last two years Fireball blew up. It went from bartenders looking puzzled when you asked them for a shot, to every bar in Sacramento having chilled shots for $6 a piece.

Looks like tuxedo in that pic but that's actually the OD green, right Thurin?

God I love that Arete. The-knife-connection.com had a scandi Arete for a while and I just couldn't make myself pull the trigger on it...now it's gone and I couldn't be sadder.

S4E is correct. It's OD over natural and white. My favorite combo. Sorry the pics of it today have been so dark. Here's a better pic.
