Smoked rainbow trout on the Kamado Joe with an assist from a Cohutta Appalachian Skinner (it sliced the lemons).
looks good. Lemons are really pushing it with a Cochuttie.

I was just about to say those scallions had to be cut with something, they sure weren't torn into pieces lol
Alayna and I had trout last night, but with her not feeling well and the sudden crazy snowy weather I didn't do any grilling, I just pan fried them...
