Sorry P, it will be hard to pry this one away from me! Ive been looking for a fanger in ironwood or navy burlap and this one was close. Always wanted to check out the sapphire so decided this was the one for me.

All in good fun, and no apologies necessary. :)

I'm going to move forward with my Handyman as my largest knife for a while, to try to determine whether or not I actually do have room for an even bigger knife in my actual life. I wouldn't want to have one just to be 'avin it. ;)

As we've discussed previously, the Bushfinger captures my attention-- I love its lines, and how the TT versions handle-- so I do Keep Looking. The one you just grabbed caught my eye immediately, a stunning example.

I initially considered sapphire too 'Florida' for me, but have come to enjoy it more and more, especially when paired with natural and white.

Looks to me like you have (yet another) perfect knife on the way.

    ~ P.

@Scotcha, if that's not the perfect Handyman, it's pretty darn close.

Your "crazy few weeks" would make a great total collection for most of us. There are so many amazing examples here that I can't pic a favorite. Bushboot, Handyman and Woodsman are top three but I can't pic an order.

    Just in from the Outpost:

Looking forward to testing it out and seeing if the Solo Stove Bonfire eliminates smoke exposure. Particulates and vapors from burning wood are equivalent or worse than second hand smoke, and present a danger to developing and compromised lungs. Should also reduce danger from tripping with my little ones. Will report back when it gets colder.

Aww yeah!! If I lived in the USA, I’d own a Bonfire  I love my Solo Stove Campfire and Titan. They’re awesome little stoves!

I have a nice Fletcher TS4, xl version that will match my Esteban II. More excited about this one than any knife in a while.
