I don't think we need to delve into it much further execept that i urge all posters here to realise how their words and actions effect the forum. Myself included in that statement. I'm sorry if i took it so far as to be offensive. We all need to realise that Ego should not be fostered or tolerated and the same goes for personal attacks. Nuff' said.

STeven, even "before post 106" I was going to say that i believe you bring far more to the table here with your insight than you "take away" with your sometimes "less than well advised" goings on !

I really enjoy your show updates - particularly the ones I don't attend. You have a unique way of presenting both the knives and the "climate" of the show, which is missing from the straight picture threads. Kudos!!

You and I have met at Ashokan (years ago, though) and I guess we have occasionally sparred ( The Broadwell/Foster subhilt springs to mind!)....but I've actually never felt insulted by anything you've said. Disagreed, sure, but a change in perspective is always a good thing from time to time.

I know that you will do what is right for you....But I say stick around :thumbup:
As long as we can all maintain a sense of humor, we should be able to work thru pretty much anything
