Hey all, I'm sorry that my action caused some disagreements between some of you guys. As i said, it's an abuse of the knife and this knife is not designed to do this task.
I only had to do this because i just moved in to this new place one month ago and wasn't quite used to the lock. Since this is a "nice" neighborhood, i had to open the lock quick before someone think that i was breaking into somebody's house. Believe me, i had to convince some passerby that i was staying in that house when i was doing that. Also, it was 37 degree outside and we were wearing only T-shirt(it was suppose to be a short trip out to buy some groceries). So the Izula was the only thing i got with me that can pry. I do not advocate abusing knives unless really necessary. I used to dig my car out of the ice using my mini-manix as an ice pick, it worked, and my wheels were freed of ice but i broke the tip too. But it was necessary since i was in the middle of nowhere. Again, abusing knife is wrong and i was not proud to do that. I would buy another izula even without the warranty.
So here's my second post here and i'm working toward getting the required posts to become a RAT pack. Hope i'm still qualified by that time.
Hey man nothing wrong with using the knife. At least its not a safe queen.
