The new knife is also a Gil Hibben

BREWTHUNDA - "His [Stallone's] face was coated with a thick cover of makeup. His ageless beauty is applied with a stick."

Don't forget his millions of $$$$ in the bank to afford the finest plastic surgeons in the world. :)

For Rambo fans only!

For supposedly being Rambo fans, some of you guys sure are tough on ole Sly.

But perhaps you're right, maybe Stallone should stop making these fast paced, action packed, adventure movies. I mean who really wants to watch a movie where the lead character starts the flim by forging his own knife by hand. Boring!

Let's save the theatres for more sappy chick flicks and Julie Roberts movies. ;)

There is no drama with that knife. Audiences won't give that noticable sound of catching their breath like they did in the other movies when first shown.Mall ninjas everywhere are emailing each other "it's nothin but a steenkin machete!"

That's a good point. By the look of the trailer, this movie will have a more dark, serious tone. No pretty knife this time around.

Bernard Levine is quick to point out that what becomes fashionable has nothing to do with common sense or whatever. Heck, just look at the following the WSK design has developed after "The Hunted" came out. Despite whatever I may like or dislike about this new knife design, if I had the cash to spare I'd probably buy a whole pile of them as soon as a production version comes out, and sell them again once demand has quadrupled their price. For more examples, look what happened to the market price of M-1 Garands after "Saving Private Ryan" came out, Japanese swords after "Kill Bill", or all the interest I've been noticing in the gladius after "300".

I believe Sly will surprise us again. I was surprised by Rocky Balboa. I believe he did a great job working in the age factor. I grew up watching Sly, Arnold, and Willis. And you can't forget the Lethal Weapon series. I will always return to the theater for the fake action genre especially if its pioneers are staring in it. What can I say? I like to see shit blow up.

I think Rambo will be killed off in this one. Personally, I think the knife matches the surroundings of the movie. I like it.

I was walking through the adult video store the other day, and remembered why I like Stallone so much "Party At Kitty And Studs" sigh, memories.

It's nice to see that Sly is back with Brigitte Nielsen again, although the years have not been kind to her.

Cobra is so painfully awfully bad that I kind of like it. Especially the Cobramobile!

I am waiting for a good big budget movie about the Napoleonic wars to drive the cost of a couple of my Sabres through the roof. Now is the time to buy WW1 gear as it will be the centennial soon and there is sure to be a lot of exposure and maybe even a movie or two.

Whos that really old guy in the middle of the picture holding a machette?

I just want to know how the casting director keeps finding all these other 4'3" actors to star in movies with Sly. ;)
