The 0566 has been confirmed to be deassistable, can someone confirm this?

I think the 0770 is my favorite of the new ones.

Do'h, poor wording on my part. I wanted to know if someone could confirm this knife, the 0770, is deassistable considering the 0566 was already confirmed.

Deceptive photography maybe?
Or perhaps you're referring to the last image in Oregonknifenerd's post, in which case that would be a comparison image between the 0770 and the 0777 from which the 0770's design is derived.

I love getting on to BF every day, and seeing such great things. Literally every time. And this knife is so great, I love the blade profile and the black aluminum handles. This and the 0566 will be much loved in my ZT/Kershaw gang! Thanks KAI family!

This is the question I'm most curious about too.

I would really like the see this with the sub-frame lock. That would make it even more true to the design of the 0777.
