No worries. I mean, you ARE right, none of us need knives like these. Functionally, a much less expensive knife, made in China, with 440C, FRN handles and a backlock could likely handle all of the same tasks.

They're just REALLY nice and loaded with sex appeal. I mean, we are knife enthusiasts here, and these knives are made for us. We take them seriously because we enjoy the hobby as and we like to have knives that pack in lots of cool new features and high end materials. For many of us, this is our hobby. I don't have a big screen TV, or a gaming system newer than a PS2, more than 1 pair of shoes, or a car made this decade. But I DO have a 0777 on pre order! :)

Doh.... this is what I get for getting nailed from all sides with the recession and having to get out of knives for a while, missing one of the best looking knives that come out. Have all places ran out of pre orders? Is there any space left to make a pre order anywhere? That is one SEXY knife! Never have really been able to warm up to any of the zt designs, but this one is just amazing. The new hinderer looks great too.
 
Modern design at its finest! It looks very sharp, very fast, and very expensive. Great looking blade. I am pretty sure that one is going to be coveted for some time.

Im so happy, I'm number 3 on kershawguys list for this knife. I was thinking about canceling but now that I see the edge will be m390 I'm completely in. I can't wait for this knife!

Yea we moved to M390, but it's still gonna be a bit for we see any 0777's.
 
Is this a Limited run ??? if so ....how many ??
Its been so long I forgot the answer to this ....LOL

I wonder where I am on his list. Hey moon what date did you order? Mine was on 7/28, hope that not to late to get me one.
 
I think I might have ordered a little earlier than that. Email and ask him that's how I found out.
 
Has to be one of the most beautiful knives I have yet seen. It's as much art as tool!

I hope people don't just safe queen it or mount it on the wall to look at only. It is a knife and should be used!
 
Glad to hear about the steel upgrade to M390. The CATRA test on N360 didn't yield great results. Did anyone save that Flickr pic?
