Thanks for the comments everyone - it's nice to hear that you like the design. While I am proud of how it turned out, it's important to note that these projects are completely a team effort, and we have some amazing people on our team. The R&D machinists are artists themselves, and without their skills and talent this knife would be a shadow of what it is. And those incredible prototypes would not be here at all. It's the group working together that makes these kind of projects possible.

I know I sound cheesy, and I'll probably get some crap over this post, but I just wish you guys could see all the people involved. I am amazed every day at the way they make these concepts become reality.

and jimmer...wow. what an amazing design. materials, melding organic with geometric, all of it. the clip, the spacer, all of it. killah.
 
I like the futuristic design and the blade shape.
I wonder if a follow up variant with a non-composite blade is in the works?
 
i guess i will have to hope it does not ship until next year. i will need that long to save up.

I can already predict the conversation with Ms. Toast. "So, new knife?" "Yes dear. Isn't cool, check out how lite it is." "Yeah, that's nice... It looks pricy, how much was it, more than that Busse you just had to have...?" "Um, please don't ask, please, you don' t want to know." "You are so TOAST!"

...then great clouds of dust a'la while s coyote...

That is without a doubt a real beauty. Takes Kershaw to a whole new level in my estimation. Way to go Jimmer and all who helped on this project. Benchmade folks can just sit back and drool over this one I'm thinking. Awesome !!!

When you think you think you've seen it all, Kershaw brings something like this... That knife is so gorgeous that it leaves me rather speechless...
 
I dont care what the price is on this one. If someone can point me towards where to pre-order. Im getting two for sure!!

I think you guys finally designed a blade that will kick my volt out of my front pocket. I'm going to get two of these.
 
Thomas, Jim: This is an absolutely beautiful design. I really like the direction in which Kershaw / ZT has been moving. I rarely purchase or carry knives much larger than three inches. This is a work of art, a must have for me!
