The ZT/Emerson collaboration doesn't list their KVT bearing system, so I'm guessing it may not have it.. If it did, that would be smoothest and fastest Wave opening.
I would rather it didn't to be honest. There's really no need for it.
There's not really a 'need' for carbon fiber and M390 in the knife, but I still want all three!![]()
- I was thinking the same thing. My ZT0777 was my first KVT knife and it is unbelievably smooth. A Wave with KVT would be even better. There's not really a 'need' for carbon fiber and M390 in the knife, but I still want all three!![]()
HOLY STANLEY, MOTHER OF OBAMA!!!
But seriously, I can't wait to see the Microtech version... Oh wait, did I say that out loud?![]()
I've long thought that Emerson has some of the most beautiful blade designs around and the handle ergonomics are close to perfect, but I've always hesitated on the purchase because of the chisel grind. Any hesitation is out the window with the 0620CF. Currently have my left kidney on ebay so that I can buy each of the new offerings.
I don't need it, I don't need it, I definitely don't need it...
I NEEEEEEEEED IIIIIT!!
0620CF looking downright sexy.
- That would be nice, but it's hard to imagine a Hinderer part on a Emerson...Love the idea!
BUT WHERE IS THE LBS
Love the idea!
BUT WHERE IS THE LBS
- What other ZT's have the lockbar overtravel stop, not the LBS? The only one that I know of is the ZT0777.In the Steel insert like it is on most ZTs these days.
