Great idea.
I'm still coming to grips with the responses, thanks everyone, Scott and Koyote thanks heaps for the positive feedback means a lot coming from makers, cheers, this community is really quite amazing. Sharpeye i'll pass that on. he was pretty much speechless when I called him (he lives a couple of thousand km away)

That is just awesome! I, personally, prefer synthetic scales because I'm fond of indestructable! :D

Regarding adoption if you can handle me and the wife moving in (would love to travel canada) and there's a few good jobs around you're on

That's a great looking knife. Very well done. Maybe a little aggressive on the thumb serrations but it's hard to tell without holding it. You have a knife to be proud of for sure. Mac

Thanks Mac, yeah they deep (you may be right too deep :)) but not sharp so you can really bear down without your thumb hurting.

And this is the recently finished Number two.

O-1 4mm
Cutting edge 110 mm
235 mm overall
Scandi grind
Sharpest thing I own
Corian scales with stainless pins

This one's mine...
