I got an sng
I have a bit hijacked this thread, forgive me. Congrats for your brand new SNG. I own the PT, great knife, i think the SNG is a better choice and one of this day, maybe... Enjoy!
dantzk.
It was not about thin vs thick blades. It was not about high end vs cheap knives. It was about what is the most important in the peformances of a blade. Edge geometry or thickness?
I don't say thin blades are better than thick blades. I say: different thicknesses for different tasks. I say too that you can use the same geometry for very different tasks if the blade is made in the proper stock thickness.
To resume: thickness is more important than geometry in performance.

no mods for this one gents i like it just the way it is
whats the deal wih these new 3/4 hollow grind striders??? anyone try em yet?
now the buck strider looks more like an authentic strider!!
Yeah, you got me wanting a stonewashed with those pics.
Trying to decide if I should get my first standard scaled one, but I still love the looks of the CC stonewashed (in green for me)
I'm half way thinking I should have one of each handle style, half way wanting the looks of the CC because it just looks so damn good.
My Stone Washed CC is my go out dressed up knife.
It's really very elegant looking, excellent gentlemens hard use blade.
I also want to get a green one too.![]()
