I think he uses Rage? At least for whitetail he does, not sure if he swaps them with something else for turkey.

It does my heart good to see young people enjoying hunting and fishing and I bet the smile behind that is even bigger!

I had the chance to get out Sunday and walk a couple miles with my brother and neighbor chasing after some native brook trout up in the hills. I’ve never fished this way before and it was a great time hitting the tiny spots buried in the rocks and around fallen timber just drifting worms through the deeper water and under the cut portions of the bank.

Moose and black/bears have been frequenting my remote cabin property recently.
Brown bears are behaving. Black bears are getting into mischief tearing things up, so put up an electric wire and a .22 sentry alarm. May pop one in the butt with a 12g rubber slug.
I found the spot to build the cabin by following moose tracks, and they have continued to travel the trails.

What does this group think of binocular/rangefinder combos? Specifically the Vortex Fury 5000? I know there are much more expensive sets out there. Really liking the idea of the combination in one system. I have used these before and they worked great (for me). Vortex additionally has them with advanced ballistics software (for an extra $500) that I don't know much about, so probably don't need...right? Interested to see if anyone has any additional feedback.
