Southwest Minnesota. We got 6 inches yesterday and it will be 57 tomorrow.

Of you don't like the weather stick around for a day or two it will change.

We went back out to Eastern Colorado this past weekend, but for the Pheasant opener. Saturday morning was decent, but then the wind kicked up and didn't let up for the rest of the weekend. At least we got a few on Saturday morning before the wind screwed us (again).



Leave for our cow Elk hunt a week from tomorrow. Hope the animals cooperate!

Nice long tail feathers on that one on the left. Yep, wind sure makes it more difficult for sure.

So far our 2025 rifle season is going well. Very warm on opening day, then much cooler 2nd day. Today was sunny, then got cloudy with shower's in afternoon. 1 deer opening evening, then several nice ones today.

I can't wait to hear how that goes. Maybe private message me? I want to find a place to schedule a cow out c*** for me and my daughter and my nephew and my son-in-law. And take two or three people along to do our spotting and shot calling for us. I'm hoping to find a place in Wyoming or Montana that does cow cuts. But I would consider other states as well
